We strongly recommend that you carefully read the information on the packaging before opening it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ordering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are formed and prepared for shipment from Monday to Saturday during working hours: from 10:00 to 18:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard, as well as bank transfers. Orders will only be processed and shipped after we have confirmed that the funds have been received into our account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases, additional payment methods are possible, which must be agreed in advance via feedback. All prices are valid while the product is in stock. We reserve the right to change the price in the event of price adjustments by the manufacturer or changes in taxes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually shipped the same or next business day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During peak periods, delays may occur. For urgent orders, we recommend contacting us directly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipments are not made on holidays and bank holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If we are unable to ship within 5 business days, we will contact you by email and offer a refund or provide an estimated delivery time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method. It includes the postal or courier service fee and VAT. We do not charge a packaging fee, except for special customer requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We always keep postal receipts for shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delays and loss of parcels<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If delivery in your country is delayed by more than 7 days, we recommend checking the status of the package at your local post office or sorting point. This often solves the problem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, please let us know. We will file a claim with the postal service and offer a replacement or refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In case of refusal to receive the parcel, if it is not returned to us, we will not be able to refund the money.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact us<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When contacting us about your order, please include the order number that was provided in your confirmation email. This will help us process your request more quickly.
