Return and exchange terms
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
If you would like to return an Alchemy Elixirs product, please contact us first. Please email us via the contact form to arrange a return.
To process a return, we will need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return conditions for goods of proper quality
Damaged orders:
Any damage must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order. Damaged items may be sent by post for further investigation, with photo or video evidence. Please note the date and time of delivery if possible.
Unwanted goods:
The buyer can return the order within 14 days after receiving the goods. The order must be in good condition, and the packaging, bottle, container must not be properly opened, and the seals must be in place.
Returns are only possible if the item has not been used and is in the same condition you received it in. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Upon receipt of the product, a full refund of ONLY the cost of the product will be made. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts.
Items returned without prior communication may be misidentified. This may either extend or void your refund.
Any items sent to the wrong address due to you not contacting us for return information are not our responsibility for a refund or reshipment. Returned items will be fully inspected and evaluated before a refund is issued.
How to return or exchange goods

Customs-related issues:
If for any reason your package is confiscated by customs and returned to us, we will immediately refund your money, minus shipping costs.
If the package is not returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund. It is important to note that many orders are held by customs, which extends delivery times.
Before returning any item, please contact us by email for confirmation.
If the first error was caused by Alchemy Elixirs, we will provide you with a replacement product.
For all returns, unwanted or unsuitable items, we strongly recommend that you package the items well and send them by registered mail.
Alchemy Elixirs is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Accordingly, if we do not receive the item, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
Discounted products
Only regular priced items are eligible for return. Discounted items are not eligible for return.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of the return. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
